Annual Software License and Service Program Overview:
Handicomp has developed a full service software and systems support program entitled
"Annual Software License and Service Program". To subscribe to the program, users
pay an annual fee which entitles them to one of the differing Levels of the
program.
These benefits could include: 24/7 telephone support, program updates, data recovery,
network configuration, program disk and manual replacement, simple loaner equipment,
third party product testing, and more. The program is a requirement for continued
support.
Support Levels:
GOLD (Premium Support):
- Unlimited telephone support - no per problem, per call fee.
- Instant response is delivered and guaranteed* within one hour of the initial support
call.
- Telephone support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (except holidays).
- Free electronic program updates.
- Free disaster recovery service including data recovery (when possible).
- Hardware and 3rd party product testing.
- Free loaner equipment (when available).
- Free program and lost manual replacement.
SILVER (Intermediate Support):
- Unlimited telephone support - no per problem, per call fee.
- Response guaranteed* within ten working hours of the initial support call, Monday
- Friday 5:00 pm. (except holidays and weekends)
- Free electronic program updates.
BRONZE (Minimum Support):
- Unlimited telephone support - no per problem, per call fee.
- All calls will be responded to, however, there are no response time guarantees.

On-Site Training
|
Installation and Training at client
location and charged by the hour plus travel
time and expenses. Client is responsible to schedule necessary time and employees
for training. Best to address hardware installation issues, POS issues, and, accounting
as materials are more readily available.

Training at Handicomp
|
Training at Handicomp and charged by the hour. Best for a refresher training as
the quiet environment is conducive for concentration. Draw back is that information
and data resources are usually at the client location.

Telephone Training
|
For smaller installations or for refresher training. Client must have Carbon Copy
or PCAnywhere functional with separate voice phone available at the computer. Minimally
available in half day increments.
