time consuming. Handicomp's Tournament module will reduce the time and effort
required to run a tournament. The software will take care of all the details
like dotting score cards and assigning tee times. The Tournament module will
interface with Handicomp's Handicapping module to make your job even easier,
especially when it comes to setting up pairings and flights. The module
seamlessly interfaces to Handicomp's HandiNet golf handicapping network, and,
Handicomp's Gaming module for Pari-mutuel's and Calcutta's.
What the Golf Tournaments Module can
do for you:
The Golf Tournaments module allows for
the easy setup and running of tournaments:
- Use USGA, RCGA Trend, or, Local defined handicaps to create teams of up to six
people.
- Assign pairings, starting times, and starting holes automatically or manually.
- Assign flights automatically using handicaps or ages.
- Use Match, Stroke, or, Stroke-Best Ball Scoring.
- Export tee times to Handicomp's Tee Reservations module.
The Golf Tournament module provides special
options:
- Track and compute Big Skins, both gross and net.
- Maintain a separate auxiliary golfer file for common guests.
- For practice, run an automatic tournament where golfers and scores are
automatically created.
